Terrific complete collection of all eight 11 x 14 inch lobby cards used by movie theaters to display in the lobby to promote the film which featured Johnny Cash and co-star Kirk Douglas in the 1970 film. The lobby cards are in color and in very nice condition. Complete sets can be difficult to find and these are excellent examples. These cards were actually used by a theater and as such are in gently used condition.

The rarest Johnny Cash poster in the world, from his 1961 film debut in this low-budget thriller. Johnny Cash stars as Johnny Cabot, a guitar-playing thug who takes a bank president's wife hostage while his partner (Vic Tayback) demands a ransom from the woman's husband. But their plans hit a snag when the philandering banker confides his hope that they'll actually do away with his wife, and soon, Johnny is singing a farewell serenade to his intended victim. Bill Karn directs this entertaining thriller that also stars Ron Howard. Original posters from the film are of legendary rarity and are prized by collectors. Johnny Cash: The Man, His World, His Music! 1969 Window Card
A very desirable and scarce poster for the biographical film released in 1969 featuring Bob Dylan, June Carter, Carl Perkins and others. This window card was used to place in store windows to promote the film. The lower margin was left blank so that the theater could write in their venue name and screening times and dates. Original 1971 Johnny Cash "A Gunfight" Movie Poster
This is an authentic movie poster actually used by theaters to promote the 1971 film in which Johnny co-starred with Kirk Douglas. At the time, movie posters were not allowed to be sold and were actually returned to the poster exchange when a movie was no longer in theaters. Therefore, the number available now is very limited. As with all posters from the period, it is folded, but this example is in very good condition. The measurements of the poster are 27" x 41".
